There are no returns and/or exchanges accepted at this time due to limited quantities. Please note that once an order is placed, no cancellations/refunds or any other changes to order can be done!

Order Processing Time

Orders may take up to 2-14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing. 

Damages/Theft/Loss of Package

MGL by Mercadez is not responsible for any package that has left our facility. If you don't know where a package is, please contact us and we will help you as best as we can to help you find your package!

Incorrect Size/Item

MGL by Mercadez is not responsible for any incorrect sizing or items that you have purchased. To avoid this from happening, double check your items and your sizing's before checking out.
